Randhir Kapoor Denies Knowing Karisma Kapoor’s Alleged Beau, Sandeep Toshniwal; Says She Has no Interests in Getting Married

Karisma Kapoor has often been spotted with businessman beau, Sandeep Toshniwal, on outings, family gatherings and so on. They have also been spotted celebrating important functions together, making us wonder several times if they were ever going to make it official. The two have, however, never made it official. After Sandeep’s divorce last year, we were hoping the couple would tie the knot but that too didn’t happen. In the meantime, he continues to be a part of some major parties hosted by Karisma’s sister, Kareena Kapoor Khan and her husband, Saif.

He seems to be having a good bond with every member of the Kapoor family. However, during an interaction with DNA, Karisma’s father, Randhir Kapoor refused even knowing him. Needless to say, with that one statement he put an end to their engagement rumours, which, according to the grapevine is expected to be held in August.  He was quoted as saying, “There’s no truth to this. I would want to get Karisma married again, but she isn’t interested. We have spoken about it and she has clearly told me she doesn’t want to start a family again. She wants to raise her kids (Samiera and Kiaan) well and that’s her only plan right now.”

Previously, Karisma was married to businessman, Sanjay Kapur, with whom she parted ways on the basis of dowry allegations. When Sanjay was asked about his former wife’s relationship with Sandeep Toshniwal, he was quoted by a leading daily as saying, “I don’t know him at all. Karisma is a single woman. If she feels like going out with somebody, she can go out. What is wrong with it? He’s her friend and they do go out together, which is fine.” He also gave Karisma credit for raising Samaira in a dignified way, whose childhood was deeply impacted with their divorce.
