Ever since Neha Dhupia slammed a Roadies contestant for slapping his girlfriend after she cheated on him with five other men, Twitter has not been kind to her and the latest to call her out is Kangana Ranaut’s sister, Rangoli Chandel. It all started when Taapsee shared Neha’s long post which stated that she ‘took a stand against violence’ and that ‘adultery’ is a moral choice and moral choice is always ambiguous’. Taapsee defended her saying, “For all the ppl writing abusive and harassing messages to you and your family should know, they aren’t on the right side of the moral compass they r acting to be the torch bearers of. Adultery is wrong morally n so is violence. Evidently angry at her tweet, Rangoli shared a trolls comment and wrote, “Haha don’t know when these befitting reply fresher feminists will know some mumbo jumbo rumbled in finely polished English words dnt make ur reply befitting, if u cnt make up your mind buttering both sides of the toast and playing safe seems wannabe femininsts favourite resort…(sic).”
Roping in Karan Johar as she lashed out at Neha, Rangoli tweeted, “If Neha thinks in a committed relationship dating 5 other men without their knowledge or consent about other participants is perfectly fine and it’s perfectly fine for a woman physically abuse a man then clearly being KJo best friend has its own side effects (sic).”
She added, “On behalf of idiotic dumb wannabe feminists I want to apologise to Feminism, their conveniently distorted views and actions have damaged the movement, feminisms is hated in India and because of that #MeToo died a premature death…(sic).”
Neha Dhupia was brutally trolled on social media recently for promoting ‘fake feminism’ on national television through the show, Roadies Revolution. A contestant had revealed that he had slapped his girlfriend for cheating on him with five other men to which Neha had stated that it was the ‘girl’s choice’. The statement did not go well with the netizens and they started to roast her left, right and center and soon she became an overnight meme star on social media.
