Akshay Kumar is perhaps one of the busiest actors in Bollywood at the moment. The star has a list of films lines up at the moment and it is a surprise to know that the star can get anything else done except work. However, no matter how busy the actor is, when it comes to his family, particularly his kids Aarav and Nitara, he always has time. Akshay along with his wife Twinkle Khanna always take their kids on a vacation during the holidays. And this Christmas and New Years is going to be no different for the star couple. The Bollywood superstar and his wife are reportedly heading to Cape Town, South Africa with their kids for the holiday season from December 22 to January 3.

Cape Town happens to be one of Akshay Kumar’s favourite destinations in the world and he has even gone on record to say that he would love to spend as much time as he can in South Africa. The actor reportedly owns an ocean-facing home in the city that’s apparently kept fully functional throughout the year. Not only that, we all know how protective is Akshay towards his daughter and it seems that the entire staff of his SA home is the same. The actor also loves cooking and is often seen cooking up some delicacies with his son in the kitchen. In the past we have seen Twinkle sharing pics of the father-son duo trying out some new recipes and this time around as well, we are expecting similar pics to surface on the internet while the family is on vacation. The Khiladi star is reportedly looking forward to jogging around his sprawling mansion and climbing the numerous steps around the place. To say that the actor is excited for his mini vacay wouldn’t be entirely wrong as he truly loves his home in the legislative capital of South Africa. Apart for Christmas and New Years’ celebrations , the family will also be ringing in Twinkle’s birthday, on December 29, in a big way.  The family is all set to have the time of their life for nearly a fortnight in South Africa after which they’re expected to return and get busy with Twinkle’s first production, Padman.
