Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s actress Divyanka aka Ishita Bhalla to tie the nuptial knot with her co-star Vivek Dahiya in July 2016. The lovebirds got engaged on 15th January 2015 and since then speculations regarding their wedding date has been doing rounds on media. The bride-to-be recently confirmed that she will get married on 15 July. Recently a close source informed an entertainment portal that the rituals will take place on 9th and 10th July 2016. According to a source, “The wedding preparations have already begun in Bhopal. Divyanka’s elder sister Priyanka Tiwari and mother Neelam Tripahti are taking care of every minute detail of the function. From wedding dress to playing host; Divyanka’s family members are helping her in all the arrangements. They want Divyanka to remain stress free and enjoy every moment of the wedding. Also, there are lots of discussions happening between all the ladies on a daily basis. Once the shooting is done, Divyanka spares some time on her wedding plans.” ALSO READ: Revealed! Further, the source adds saying, “Both the families are planning to divide the wedding rituals into three states; Bhopal, Chandigarh, and Mumbai. Since most of the family members of Divyanka Tripathi belong to the police department; Bhopal is their first priority. So, the wedding might happen in Bhopal followed by the reception in Chandigarh and finally a small get together in Mumbai. Vivek Dahiya was quoted by Tellychakkar.com saying, “Our parents have yet not decided a date, so I cannot confirm anything. But yes, if not July, we are definitely getting married in November (sic).” Further, the actor added saying, “We haven’t zeroed that down yet. We are still working on the possible dates. It’s considerably hot in Chandigarh during July. We have to check our conveniences as well. The practicalities have to be worked out for us to take a long leave, we will have to give about three to four months’ notice. When we shoot every day, it becomes difficult for them (makers of the show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein) and we will have to shoot and keep a bank of episodes.” ALSO READ: REVEALED! Divyanka and Vivek’s marriage will be a wedding destination which will take place in Chandigarh (Vivek’s native place) or Bhopal (Divyanka’s hometown). The couple is planning to have a Hindu traditional wedding. Divyanka’s father Narendra Tripathi told The Times of India, “We found out the shubh mahurat and the wedding will happen on July 9 or 10. However, we are not yet sure about the wedding destination. It may happen in Mumbai, Bhopal or even Chandigarh. Both Divyanka and Vivek need to check their shooting schedules and take leave for the day.”
Divyanka’s mother, Neelam Tripathi was quoted by Dailybhaskar.com saying, “Yes, the wedding date has been finalised but I cannot reveal it because it will create lot of problem for me. The preparations have already begun and I am really looking forward to it. We have just started the preparations and I am sure till the wedding day, our preparations will not end. All we have asked from Divyanka and Vivek is to give us one week so that whatever we plan, it goes accordingly.”
The adorable couple met on the sets of Balaji Telefilms serial ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and since then became good friends. Later on, the duo decided to take their relationship to the next level. Congratulations to Divyanka Tripathi & Vivek Dahiya!
