In the last episode, seven out of eight contestants qualified for the next level, whereas the remaining eight perform on tonight’s episode of Colors Rising Star 19 March 2017. The remaining eight include Vikramjeet, Afsana, Ankita, Diljot Qawwali group, Ragdeep group, Jidnesh, Bannet and Shreyasi. Rules are the same and simple, whosever receives less percentage of votes has to go and sit on the red sofa and will have to leave the show at the end if the other contestants breach their target.

The other set of eight of India’s favourite contestants give their best to get more and more votes and to qualify for the next rounds. Level has already gone up and the competition has become tougher. In the last episode, most of the contestants sang so brilliantly that most of them received above 80 per cent votes, except Nitin and Rakshita who scored 79 and 67 per cent respectively. In tonight’s episode, outstanding singers like Ankita who have earlier scored 92 per cent in Duels Ki Takkar and received a standing ovation from Shankar Mahadevan and Monali Thakur. Also, there is Bannet who is a crowd favourite and got through to top 16 by a margin of 0.05 per cent more votes while his contender Sukhdeep had to leave the show. This was the time when all the experts wanted both Bannet and Sukhdeep to stay as both of them had scored 92 per cent! But considering the show’s concept, only one could have stayed and that turned out to be Bannet! Will Bannet do it this time as well? Afsana is also one of the strong contenders of the show who had scored 90 per cent in the Duels Ki Takkar episode. Shreyasi, who did not get Monali’s vote last time is aiming to perform better and impress her this time. Jidnesh was the surprise entry for the Duels Ki Takkar and had scored 84 per cent, will he be able to happily surprise his fans and experts this time as well?

Ragdeep group with its beat-boxing talent and  a brilliant singer is no less.
