Rs 10 Crore Defamation Case Against This Bigg Boss 17 Contestant For Claiming to be Someone Else

This Bigg Boss 17 contestant said she was one of the lawyers in Aryan Khan Drugs Case in 2021. She has been slapped with Rs 10 crore defamation case for being fake.

Bigg Boss 17 contestant Sana Raees Khan is a prominent criminal lawyer who is known for representing Aryan Khan in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case in 2021. She has now found herself embroiled in another controversy. Social media influencer and actor Faizan Ansari has leveled serious allegations against Sana, accusing her of being ‘fake’ and a ‘criminal.’ According to Ansari’s allegations, Sana allegedly used Aryan Khan’s name to gain popularity.

In a recent media interaction, Faizan Ansari made bold claims, asserting that Sana Raees Khan did not represent Aryan Khan in the drug case. Instead, he stated that she was the advocate for an individual named Evin Sahu, who was also present on the same cruise ship when Aryan Khan and his friends were detained and arrested by the Mumbai Police.

Furthermore, Faizan Ansari contended that Aryan Khan had his legal representation from advocate Ali Kashif, who also happens to be his lawyer. He accused Sana of leveraging Aryan’s name and her connection with them to boost her own popularity.

Ansari didn’t mince words, declaring, “She calls herself a criminal lawyer, but she herself is a fraudster and a criminal. Forget fighting his case, she has never met Aryan or Shah Rukh Khan in her dreams also.”

Faizan Ansari has registered a Rs 10 crore defamation case against Sana for using his name and his lawyer Ali Kashif’s name to her benefit and lying about being Aryan Khan’s lawyer.

In response to these allegations, Faizan Ansari revealed that he had personally taken his complaint against Sana to the Mumbai Police commissioner. He mentioned that no advocate was willing to handle his case, prompting him to take matters into his own hands and represent himself.

Sana Raees Khan had garnered attention ever since her participation in Bigg Boss 17. Her involvement in the reality show prompted a complaint filed by Bombay High Court lawyer Ashutosh J Dubey, who alleged that she violated Bar Council rules, terming it a “serious matter of professional misconduct.”
