The entire country celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great zeal and pomp on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Videos of several Bollywood celebrities welcoming Bappa to their homes also surfaced online. One of the viral videos features Salman Khan performing the puja with his niece, Ayat. The Tiger 3 actor was joined by his sister, Arpita Khan, and brother-in-law, actor Aayush Sharma, for the Ganpati puja at their home.
In the video, Salman is seen holding the puja thali while the family sings hymns dedicated to Lord Ganesh. He chanted “Bappa Moreya Re” as he performed the puja. Besides Salman, other family members including Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and their respective sons were also present at the celebrations. Social media sensation Orry also attended the ceremony.

After the celebrations at Arpita’s house, Salman moved on to the Ambani Ganeshotsav at Antilia. The superstar was spotted entering the venue to offer his prayers and later interacted with Anant Ambani. The two were seen conversing together.
Salman Khan is known for attending Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at both homes. Last year, too, the actor participated in the prayers for the deity on this auspicious occasion.
On the work front, Salman Khan is currently busy working with A.R. Murugadoss on his upcoming film Sikander, which is set to hit the big screens next Eid. Meanwhile, recent reports claim that the actor has injured his ribs. Salman has confirmed this news during his recent interaction with fans and requested them to maintain a distance from him.
