Like every year, the Ganesh Festival was celebrated at superstar Salman Khan‘s home in Mumbai. While the actor himself was missing at the celebrations this year, as he is busy shooting for his film Tubelight in Manali, Bollywood celebs gathered at the Sultan star’s home at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra west to celebrate Ganesh Festival 2016. Among those spotted were Riteish Deshmukh’s brother, Genelia Deshmukh, Daisy Shah, Karisma Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar and Divya Khosla Kumar. Amy Jackson and Nawazuddin Siddiqui who star in Sohail Khan’s Freaky Ali were also seen dancing at the Ganpati Visarjan of Salman Khan. Family members like Amrita Arora Ladak, Malaika Arora Khan, Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Alvira Agnihotri, Atul Agnihotri, Salim Khan, Salma Khan and Arpita Khan Sharma were present throughout the celebrations. But the cutest of the lot was little Ahil Sharma, Salman Khan’s baby nephew and the son of his sister Arpita Khan Sharma and her husband Aayush Sharma.
Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma were the two people not present at the celebrations for Lord Ganesha’s birthday this time in the Khan household, as they were away for shoots. Salman Khan’s household has a Ganpati for one-and-a-days each year. Arpita Khan Sharma shared some cute pictures of her son and the Lord on Instagram, while sending out a message to her husband that she was missing him, with the words, “1d arpitakhansharmaOur Lil Prince’s 1st Ganpati @aaysharma we really missed you”.
