The sizzling chemistry between the lead stars, Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes is what took the show to the stature it reached. Fans loved them so much, that they even wished them to be dating in real life. Soon, rumours of the two seeing each other started doing the rounds. They were often spotted spending quality time together and meeting each other’s families. Lately, reports of the two calling it quits started doing the rounds, because of Shaheer’s closeness with his ex, Indonesian singer Ayu Ting Ting. Erica, was mighty upset with these reports and took to her Instagram profile to post a throw back picture of the two and slam the media for concocting stories and reporting lies about the relationship they share.

Well, following suit, Shaheer took to his Instagram profile to share a pic of the two and wish her a Merry Christmas. This is enough proof that all is in fact well between the two of them and the breakup rumours were nothing but lies. Although, the couple hasn’t made an official announcement of their relationship yet, their emotional posts are enough proof that they share a bond which goes above and beyond friendship.
