Earlier we had reported that on public demand and Shaheer Sheikh‘s popularity, the makers and the channel decided to air Sony TV’s much-loved Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi again. Fans rejoiced as they learnt that that Shaheer and Erica Fernandes are to return to television. Guess who broke the news to fans, your very own Shaheer Sheikh as he took to Twitter to write, “Your love and support for #Krpkab have made it impossible for us to stay away from you. Your Dev will be back! @SonyTV”

While fans couldn’t contain their excitement, Shaheer Sheikh and other cast members of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi too are excited as they are to returning within few days of the show going off-air. Earlier india.com had exclusively reported that the cast was upset with the channel and the makers’ sudden decision and got emotional with the news as they weren’t expecting the show to end its run at such a short notice. A source had told us that the producers of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, suddenly one fine day, announced that the show is going off-air. Hearing this news, the cast was taken aback as there was an even more interesting track coming up in KRPKAB. The viewers were to witness a lot of twists and turns with Erica’s pregnancy track in the upcoming episodes. However, the show will soon bid adieu to its fan. Well, not only fans but the actors are also celebrating this new.

While talking to Pinkvilla, Shaheer said, “It is a great feeling. It has happened just because of the love and support of the fans. They made it happen… so a big thank you to all the people who supported KRPKAB on Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms. A lot of people even personally visited Beyond dreams office and Sony office to request the makers for an extension. All I say is that you [fans] guys did it.”

While the source close to the channel informed the portal that Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi will be back on TV but as a finite series, Shaheer, on the other hand, told the entertainment portal, “I am not sure if it’s going to be a finite series or no but we begin shooting in the first week of September mostly.”
