In Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki 21 March 2017 episode, Surbhi (Roshni Sahota) gets a hot water bottle for Preeto (Kamya Punjabi) for her wound. There, Varun takes off Surbhi’s photograph from the wall where all the family members’ photos are hanging. Preeto comes and takes it from Varun. She slaps Varun hard, suddenly Surbhi also comes there. Preeto tells Varun to respect Surbhi as she is now Harman’s (Vivian Dsena) wife and his sister-in-law. Surbhi thinks that Preeto is really concerned for her. Surbhi goes inside to get some turmeric milk for Preeto. When Surbhi leaves, Varun asks Preeto that for how long would he have to bear these slaps. So, it was Preeto’s plan to gain more respect in Surbhi’s eyes.
Raavi calls Balwinder and asks him to meet her immediately. Kishan Lal, Balwinder’s father, is making arrangements for Balwinder’s mehendi ceremony. Raavi hears her father-in-law and threatens Balwinder to meet her. But a helpless Balwinder cuts the call as Kishan Lal asks him to get ready and not waste time.
Preeto calls up Kareena and secretly tells her to do something. Kareena asks Rani and Raveena to take over Chameli’s work, as she is absconding. Kareena informs her that from now on Preeto would provide her Soumya’s (Rubina Dilaik) information and she doesn’t need Rani and Raveena for that purpose.
Varun comes running to Preeto and tells her that Surbhi and Soumya are together in Surbhi’s room. Preeto asks him where is Harman, he informs her that he has not seen Harman for quite some time. Preeto rushes to Surbhi’s room and asks Soumya and Surbhi where is Harman. Soumya tells Preeto that she knows where he would be. Preeto asks her to go and get him back. In front of Surbhi, she tells Soumya that Harman would only listen to her. Soumya reaches where Harman is. She asks Harman to come home with her. Harman tells her that he is fine there. She tries to make Harman understand that no one can be compared to a family. He is so disturbed that he tells Soumya that which family is she talking about, the one where everything is superficial and no one cares for him. Soumya says that she would not go back without him and tells him that she would sit and wait there until he wants to go back himself. Harman tells her to do whatever she wants to do. But Soumya is unable to keep quite and keeps talking. Harman tells her that if she wants to stay there, she must keep quite. The whole day passes, Soumya gets up and asks Harman if he wants to spend the whole night here. Harman asks Soumya why did she disclose his and Surbhi’s relationship in front of everyone. Soumya tells Harman that one day everyone would have got to know about their relationship. Harman apologizes to Soumya for calling her kinnar. Soumya says that she did not mind because it is the truth that she or anyone cannot deny. Harman and Soumya sit in the car to go home.
Preeto, Varun, Surbhi and Harak Singh are sitting in the hall and waiting for Soumya and Harman. Varun asks if he should call Harman. Preeto tells him that he wouldn’t pick his call. Preeto asks Surbhi to call Harman and tells her that Harman would pick her call. But Harman doesn’t. Suddenly, Harman and Soumya enter the house holdng each other’s hands.
