Actress Ratan Rajput, who plays the role of Santoshi in “Santoshi Maa”, is all set to exit her show which is aired on &TV. According to reports, the makers of the show are planning to end Ratan’s role by showing what can be called a well-choreographed death of Santoshi in the upcoming episode of popular mythological drama show. The show “Santoshi Maa”, features Gracy Singh, Sayantani Ghosh, Upasana Singh and Ayaz Ahmed in the serial. We hear that audiences will witness a major twist in the story line after the exit of Santoshi. Ratan Singh was quoted by IANS saying, “Every character has its own time span in a story and mine may come to an end. It’s sad if I have to leave such a wonderful show. My character is certainly dying. But if she comes back to life, that remains to be seen.” The upcoming episode of “Santoshi Maa” will show Dhairya (Ayaz) falling in love with Santoshi (Ratan) and the makers of the show will create more drama after Madhu (Upasana) will plan to kill Santoshi.
It seems as if Ratan is quiet upset about leaving the show and says, “My character is certainly dying. But if she comes back to life, that remains to be seen.” Apart from Ratan there are several other actors who have quit their popular show in past few months. Karan Mehra, who played the role of Naitik Singhania on “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,” recently bid adieu to his show due to serious health issues. Actress Upasana Singh, who was also a part of “Comedy Nights Live,” recently left her comedy show due to dissatisfaction with the makers of the show.
The “Jai Santoshi Maa” recently received 0.7 score in TRP chart and the fans of the show must be really disappointed with Ratan Rajput’s sudden exit.
