Sidharth Malhotra is all set to do whatever it takes for his next role, even if it meant to put on kilos and change the entire wardrobe.

So, its official now, Karan Johar is all set to remake Hollywood Hit ‘Warrior’. And Sidharth Malhotra is chosen for the role of Tom Hardy’s role. The actor who is still in the hangover of Ek Villain‘s success is now all set to do whatever it takes for his next role, even if it meant to put on kilos and change the entire wardrobe.
‘Warrior’ is a sports drama which revolves around two brothers, their struggling relationship with each other and with their father. The role also demands him to learn martial arts, as the plot is about Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) tournament. Sidharth Malhotra who is known for his lean and toned body is aiming to weigh 90 kilos for this demanding role. He is also very excited to do this film because as a child he always wanted to star in an action movie and now, thanks to Karan Johar, he has got an opportunity. So, now to live up to this role, Sidharth is all set to do rigorous heavy weight lifting.
Though, Sidharth will not be wooing any actress in the film as their no such opposite lead but it is rumored that Akshay Kumar will be doing Joel Edgerton’s role in the movie. Well, who better than our very own ‘Khiladi’ can pull off martial arts!
