According to reports, he charged 1 crore for Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety but now due to receiving such a great response from his fans and the industry he has decided to increase his acting fees. According to other reports, he has received offers from many in the industry including Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Dinesh Vijan. However, there have been no official confirmations coming from the actor.
He also received a Dada Saheb Phalke Award for Best Entertainer of The Year. Many accomplished actors want to join the 100 crore film club, but not many get to.
