Rohit Shetty directorial Sooryavanshi, which was all set to release on March 24, gets postponed due to the spread of coronavirus across India and the world. The cop drama features Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar who have reunited after nine years on screen. The film, which follows Shetty’s similarly themed films Singham, Singham Returns, and Simmba, will “be back for you just when the time is right”. A statement has been shared by Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions and Reliance Entertainment on social media.
