The much-anticipated trailer of Sooryavanshi has hit the screens. As expected, it’s all about grandeur, larger-than-life action, heroism and three cops who are responsible for saving the country from terrorists. While Akshay Kumar makes a stunning debut in Rohit Shetty‘s cop-universe by playing the titular character, his counterparts – Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh reprise their popular characters – Singham and Simmba, respectively. The entertainment quotient goes a notch higher with the entry of the two. The film’s leading lady-Katrina Kaif plays the role of Akshay’s wife. The couple also has a kid. The trailer reveals the entire story including all the villains and the story’s link with the 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts. Jaaved Jaaferi, Nikitin Dheer, Gulshan Grover and Jackie Shroff play other important roles. The story of Sooryavanshi also touches upon religion-based terrorism. The trailer ends by showing Akshay’s Sooryavanshi explaining who are the ‘real Muslims’ of India. The trailer of Soooryavanshi has got everything for everyone. At the length of four minutes, 15 seconds, the video has got so much to show. It has heavy dialogues, dramatic entries, bursting cars and action at par with Rohit Shetty’s films. Not much about Katrina’s character is revealed though. In a scene, she slaps her husband reminding him that he has a duty towards his own family as well and that hints at the personal conflict in Sooryavanshi’s life. With thumping background music and some familiar massy characters taking over the screens, Sooryavanshi seems like yet another blockbuster from Shetty’s kitty. Your thoughts on the trailer?

Sooryavanshi hits the screens on March 24. Watch out for this one!
