Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s next film “Sultan” has been making a lot of buzz ever since its first poster released. As fans eagerly await the release of Bhaijaan’s forthcoming film, here is a bad news. Salman Khan’s upcoming film “Sultan” has landed in legal soup. An online web portal reports that a complaint has been filed in a court in Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) against the superstar and his director Ali Abbas Zafar.
According to the complaint, the film was shot in Morna area of the UP district but the location was shown as Rewari in Haryana. Ehtesham Siddiq, the man who filed the complaint, has alleged that Salman and his director have been shooting in Morna area but the place was shown as Rewari in the trailer. According to the prosecution, the judicial magistrate has fixed May 3 (today) for hearing the case.
“Sultan” stars Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. After introducing Salman as a rough and tough Haryanvi wrestler, the film makers released another video on May 1 which showed Anushka in a never-seen-before avatar.
The film is slated to hit the silver screens on Eid 2016.
