Tamil director Raj Kapoor‘s son, Sharook Kapoor, reportedly passed away on Monday after experiencing sudden cold and weakness. Sharook was on a pilgrimage to Mecca-Medina with his mother, Sajeela Kapoor, when he suddenly started shivering and collapsed. The 23-year-old man had posted a few pictures from his holy trip on Instagram three days back. The news of Sharook’s death shook the entire Tamil film industry. Raj Kapoor is a known name in the Tamil film industry. He started his career by working as an assistant director to filmmaker CV Sridhar who was considered one of the most celebrated directors from the golden period of Tamil cinema. Kapoor has films like Aval Varuvala, Uthama Raasa and Thalattu Ketkuthamma in his kitty. He also helmed popular TV show Nandhini.
