Trending Bollywood News, March 2: Ahmed Khan Gives More Details About Tiger Shroff’s Heropanti 2, Says ‘Action in This is Different From Baaghi-Series’
Director Ahmed Khan reveals more about Tiger Shroff's Heropanti 2 than you already know. Read on.
The makers of Heropanti 2 might have received a lot of trolling after the release of the film’s posters but they are all quite excited to bring the second instalment in the franchise that launched Tiger Shroff in Bollywood. In his latest interview with a daily, the director of the second film – Ahmed Khan, talked highly about the film and praised Tiger saying he is the only actor from the current generation who can spearhead a franchise.
Both Ahmed and Tiger are currently busy with the promotions of Baaghi 3 – another film from another franchise. During his interaction with Mumbai Mirror, the director shelved some more details about Heropanti 2. He said Tiger sports a ‘sleek and sharp’ look in the film as it was revealed in the posters that went viral recently. The choreographer-turned-director added that even though the actor’s character in the first film was a hit, they are not taking it forward in the second film. The director said Heropanti 2 will have a new characterisation for Tiger and it is needless to mention that there’s going to be a lot of never-seen-before action like all other films starring the actor. He was quoted saying, “We aren’t taking his original character from Heropanti forward. We are still working on the script and his character and while there will be a lot of action in this one too, it will be very different from the one in the Baaghi series.”
Heropanti 2 is going to be shot in four countries and it will begin rolling by the end of the year. Ahmed said he loves to create a larger-than-life hero on-screen and for him, Tiger is the only one from the younger lot who can have a successful franchise to his name.
