Ekta Kapoor‘s Kasautii Zindagii Kay premiered last night to an amazing response. The chemistry between new Anurag and Prerna aka Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernades won hearts and Twitterati just couldn’t stop praising the actors. The social media is currently flooded with all kinds of post about Kasautii. And Ekta just took to Instagram to share the funniest one.
So, somebody just made a parody of Kasautii Zindagii Kay promo and SRK’s famous dupattaa scene from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Ekta has been working very hard to ensure that Kasautii Zindagii Kay reboots reaches its maximum audience. From installing the couple’s statue at malls in various cities to building a successful curiosity around the actor who’s playing Komolika’s character on the show, the filmmaker did it all.
She also thanked the much-loved original cast of the old show and posted a nostalgic video on Instagram tagging Shweta Tiwari, Cezanne Khan and Urvashi Dholakia. Ekta has also been quite vocal about her love for the show and its actors. She also got actor Shah Rukh Khan on board to market the show. And all these efforts have paid well.
