The new season of Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan is going to premiere from October 21. The first jodi on the show has already been announced and Karan is ready to dedicate his first cup of coffee to girl power. Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone are the ones gracing the ‘koffee couch’ in the first episode of season 6. The next on the list are stunning father-daughter duo — Saif Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan, who has already shot their episode. Now, if the latest media reports are to go by, then the next pair to visit Karan’s popular show is Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar.

Seems like the two energetic actors from Bollywood are all set to answer KJo’s exciting questions on the show. As revealed by PeepingMoon, the actors will be shooting for their episode with Karan tomorrow at the YRF Studios. The report states, “…joining Akshay in a casting coup will be Bollywood’s perennially hot and exciting flavour – the mercurial actor Ranveer Singh!”

If this is true, then it’s going to be an exciting episode considering both Ranveer and Akshay are known to for their quick wit and unmatchable enthusiasm. In fact, the two brought the house down together at the recently happened book launch event of the author and former actress, Twinkle Khanna. While reading an excerpt from the book, both Ranveer and Akshay pulled Twinkle’s leg and made the audience go ROFL!

Karan has already given a glimpse of the sprawling sets of the show. The couch seems bigger this time with some vibrant lightings making the set look even more amazing.
