There was a buzz doing the rounds that Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress, Divyanka Tripathi is dead! Yes, always trust social media to start false death rumours and then blow things way out of proportion. In the past we have had similar celebrity death hoaxes doing the rounds such as that of actor Kader Khan, Will Smith’s son–Jaden Smith, Sylvester Stallone, Paul Mc Cartney and even Shah Rukh Khan, to name a few. Anyway coming back to Divyanka, who immediately took to social media to announce and clarify that she is very much alive. She mentioned in a tweet, ““Someone’s spreading news about me being in #RIPmode. Guys I’m very much alive. Please don’t trouble my friends and family with such rumours.” So guys, calm down –your favourite DT is very much alive.
The actress has a crazy fan following and needless to say they were all worried and depressed hearing the news of her supposed death when it first hit the internet. Once she clarified the news of the rumours being false, the fans were very much relieved, but soon took to twitter to express their anger and frustration towards whoever started these false reports.
