Varshangalkku Shesham Box Office Collection Day 7: Helmed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, Varshangalkku Shesham is winning hearts at the box office. Released on April 11, the movie features Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan in lead roles. The movie has so far minted a total of Rs 20.20 crore. The period comedy-drama opened with a single-digit number as it earned Rs 3.05 crore on day one.
While on day one of the film, the movie minted Rs 3.05 crore, day two witnessed a slight downfall as the film earned only Rs 2.754 crore. Later, day three witnessed growth as the film minted Rs 3.4 crore. On day four the movie made the highest by minting Rs 3.9 crore.
On the first Monday, Varshangalkku Shesham’s box office collection stood at Rs 2.65 crore. Later, on Tuesday and Wednesday, which are days six and seven, the movie earned Rs 2.35 crore and Rs. 2.10 crore respectively. This makes the total of the film as Rs 20.20 crore.
As the film is basking in the glory of its success, Mohanlal has praised the entire crew of the film. Taking to X ( formerly known as Twitter), he shared two pictures where in one feature the actor can be seen enjoying the movie at a screening. The second image had a heartfelt message which is dedicated to all the crew of the film.
The letter translated into English reads, “At the dawn of our lives, is there anyone who doesn’t look back to their past experiences? In between the life achievements, at the distance, one will always look back at the chapters of suffering they had to undergo.”
It further added, “When I watched Varshangalkku Shesham, written and directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, I, too, travelled back to my early days. Vineeth has not only recreated an era filled with such great difficulties, but this film also speaks about the big smile (philosophical smile) that one gains while looking back at the end of such difficult experiences. Thank you to all the team members of the film Varshangalkku Shesham for reminding me of all the experiences after years.”
Varshangalkku Shesham is a comedy period drama which is filled with humour which will leave you with a tickling sensation. The movie revolves around two friends and is set over 50 years. The Malayalam movie is produced by Visakh Subramaniam under the banner of Merryland Cinemas.
