The Dhurandhar fever is no longer limited to Indian audiences. The spy thriller starring Ranveer Singh is now making waves internationally, and the latest proof comes from none other than global pop star Nick Jonas. A fun video shared by Nick has taken social media by storm, leaving fans thrilled and celebrities joining the celebration.
Nick Jonas recently posted a short Instagram reel where he can be seen vibing to Shararat, the peppy Hindi track from Dhurandhar. The video shows Nick enjoying the beat while his brothers Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas join in from the background. Sharing the clip, Nick captioned it, “New pre show hype song unlocked.” The casual yet energetic moment instantly caught the attention of fans across the world, especially in India.
What made the moment even more special was Ranveer Singh’s reaction. The actor dropped a hilarious comment on Nick’s post, writing, “Hahahahahaah JIJUUUU JAAANE DEEEEEE.” The playful response sent fans into a frenzy, with many calling it the perfect Bollywood-Hollywood crossover. Given Nick’s marriage to Priyanka Chopra, Indian fans once again embraced him with the affectionate title of “National Jiju.”

As expected, social media was flooded with reactions. One user wrote, “National Jiju for a reason,” while another joked, “Not National Jiju doing the same step he said works for any Indian song.” Several fans loved Nick’s easygoing vibe, with comments like “New Nick unlocked” and “Need a pre show playlist immediately.” Another fan summed up the excitement by saying, “This means way too much to me.” The comments section quickly turned into a celebration of cultural crossover and music without borders.
The song Shararat is sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas, with music composed by Shashwat Sachdev. Known for its infectious rhythm and high energy, the track features Ayesha Khan and Krystle D’Souza in the film.
Since its release, the song has become a favourite among fans and now even international artists. Apart from this, Dhurandhar has created history by becoming the first Bollywood film to have every song from its album featured on Spotify’s Global Top 200.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar has already crossed the Rs 700-crore mark worldwide since its release on December 5. The espionage thriller stars Ranveer Singh as agent Hamza Ali Mazari and is set in Pakistan in the early 2000s. The film also features Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi in key roles.
