Mumbai: The problems for YouTuber Elvish Yadav are becoming worse. The Gurugram court has ordered the registration of another complaint against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 Winner, in addition to the one involving snake venom. A Gurugram court has ordered that a lawsuit be filed against Elvish Yadav for utilising snakes in songs. These orders were issued by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Rana. Is Elvish Yadav Under Police Radar? Here’s What We Found
Multiple sources of media agencies claimed that according to Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Rana, Elvish Yadav’s songs feature uncommon snakes. In such a circumstance, Elvish Yadav should face charges under the Cruelty to Animals Act, Wild Life Act, Gaming Act, and criminal conspiracy. Manoj Rana, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, has directed that a complaint be filed against Elvish Yadav at the Badshahpur Police Station. Interestingly, this was not the first time that Elvish was involved in the snake venom controversy. Earlier, the YouTuber’s name showed up at at the rave party held in Noida, which was raided by the police and extracted rare species of snakes and its venom.
What Exactly is Elvish Yadav Accused Of?
It is important to note that a petition was filed on behalf of Saurav Gupta, the director of People for Animals NGO. Elvish Yadav was accused of illegally employing endangered species of snakes while filming his songs. Elvish Yadav is often depicted with a snake wrapped around his neck in songs. Saurav Gupta explained that these uncommon snake species are being conserved. How can one get a video shot while wearing these around their neck?
To retain rare species of snakes, permission must be obtained from wildlife conservation. Elvish Yadav broke the norms. The Gurugram court then ordered the registration of another complaint against Elvish Yadav. The case’s next hearing is now scheduled for April 10.
