Yash teases Kiara Advani’s bold new look as Nadia in Toxic, fans call her ‘Gothic queen’

Yash on Sunday teased fans with the first look of Kiara Advani’s character from his film Toxic. The pan-India release is highly anticipated by audiences. On Saturday, Yash took to his official Instagram handle and dropped the first look of Kiara. Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Adults marks Kiara Advani’s first film since becoming a mother earlier this year, and Yash’s first release following the blockbuster KGF franchise that concluded in 2022.

Sharing the first look of Kiara, Yash captioned it: “Introducing Kiara Advani as NADIA in A Toxic Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups.” The poster features Kiara in an all-black off-shoulder, thigh-high slit gown, poised on the dance floor. She gazes away from the camera, lost in a thoughtful, introspective stare, with tears rolling down her cheeks.

As soon as the photo went viral, fans flooded the comment section. Many even drew parallels between Kiara’s look and characters from Tim Burton films, as well as the DC character Harley Quinn. One comment read, “She looks like Lady Joker.” Another added, “Kiara as Nadia looks powerful already.”

Fans of Yash praised the poster and expressed their excitement for the film, with many predicting that it will break box office records.

Helmed by Geethu Mohandas, the movie features Yash as the male lead and also stars Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair.

The movie was shot simultaneously in both Kannada and English and is scheduled for release in six languages on March 19, 2026. It will clash with Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2.
