Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Karan Patel and his actor wife Ankita Bhargava are expecting their first child this Diwali. Karan shared the happy news through a hilarious social media post. Both Karan and Ankita are very happy and excited for a new addition to their family. Needless to say, the couple has got a big reason to celebrate. Recently, the duo was spotted partying hard at actor Anita Hassanandani‘s housewarming party.

Anita, who will soon be seen in Naagin 3, hosted a housewarming party with hubby Rohit Reddy for her friends. The starry bash was attended by Anita’ s close pals including Ekta Kapoor, Aly Goni and Neena Kulkarni. But what caught everyone’s fancy was Ankita’s flaunting her baby bump in a pink dress. Seems like soon- mother-to-be Ankita is enjoying her pregnancy phase to the fullest. The pictures from the party have surfaced online and are doing rounds on the social media. In it, we can see Ankita, who is in her second trimester, making the most of the party.

Last week, Karan announced the news of Ankita’s pregnancy in the most filmy way possible. Taking to his Instagram, he posted a picture of himself holding several shopping bags, hinting that the baby is on its way. The actor gave the picture a goofy look, with filmy headline,”Yeh Diwali Hogi Babywali.” Well, we are sure their fans too are very excited to see them as parents. For the unversed, the soon-to-be parents Karan and Ankita tied the knot on May 3, 2015 and will welcome their first bundle of joy in November, 2018.
