Amitabh Bachchan’s quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17 is all set to premiere on Sony TV channel. With that, Amitabh’s much-awaited comeback will also be seen. The promos of the show are already making rounds on the internet. The new season of KBC will premiere on 11th August 2025.

The show is set to premiere on Sony Entertainment Television starting August 11 and will air Monday to Friday at 9 PM. Viewers can also stream it on the SonyLIV OTT platform.

Amitabh Bachchan’s Reported Fee Per Episode

According to details shared by Times of India, Amitabh Bachchan is reportedly charging Rs 5 crore per episode for Season 17. While the figure has not been officially confirmed, several reports suggest that the legendary actor still commands one of the highest salaries in Indian television.

Recently, KBC completed 25 years since its first-ever broadcast in 2000 on July 3. On the occasion, Amitabh Bachchan took to social media to share a heartfelt message:
