Aditya Dhar’s espionage thriller Dhurandhar continues to make waves, not just at the box office but also among celebrities. The film has been praised for its intense storytelling, powerful performances, and gripping subject matter. As audience interest grows, reactions from actors across the industry are adding to the buzz around the blockbuster.
Actor Sobhita Dhulipala recently shared her thoughts after watching Dhurandhar, and her reaction quickly caught attention. Taking to her Instagram Stories, she expressed her admiration for the film and its team in an emotional and enthusiastic note.
She wrote, “Dhurandhar. Wow. Wow. Wow. Breathtaking. Mind-blowing. Inspiring. Unlike any other. !!! Supreme!!! @adityadharfilms @ranveersingh@saraarjunn! What talent, what beauty.” Her words highlighted not just the scale of the film but also praised director Aditya Dhar and lead actor Ranveer Singh. Sobhita also applauded young actor Sara Arjun, calling her performance both talented and striking.

Released on December 5, Dhurandhar has emerged as a major box office force. The film has already collected over Rs 662 crore nett in India, firmly establishing itself as a blockbuster, with Rs 1000 crore feat achieved. With these numbers, it has entered the list of the top 10 highest-earning Indian films of all time. The strong box office run reflects the audience’s connection with the film’s theme and performances, especially Ranveer Singh’s intense portrayal and Akshaye Khanna’s impactful role.
Sobhita Dhulipala is not the only one praising the film. Several well-known names from the film industry have also shared glowing reviews. Preity Zinta described Dhurandhar as one of the best films she has seen in a long time, calling it raw, real, and filled with flawless performances. Actors like Allu Arjun, Anupam Kher, and filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ram Gopal Varma have also publicly applauded the film, by calling it a threat to Bollywood’s ecosystem.
Dhurandhar stars Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor, and Sara Arjun in key roles. The story revolves around covert intelligence missions inspired by real geopolitical and terror events such as the IC-814 Kandahar hijack, the 2001 Parliament attack, and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. With the first part’s success, Dhurandhar 2 is already confirmed and is scheduled to release on March 19, across five languages.
