You Won't Believe What Tulip Joshi Is Up To These Days

Remember Tulip Joshi? For those finding it hard to recollect, her claim to fame was her debut film, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2002)that also had Uday Chopra, Jimmy Shergill and Bipasha Basu. And that was it. Of course, she went on to feature in quite a few films, which also included some Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Punjabi movies till 2015, but none of them are remembered by the masses. She finally realised that acting is not her cup of tea, and left the world of show business two years back with Salman Khan’s Jai Ho in which she had a cameo, as her last film in her filmography so far.

And considering what she has been up to these days, she’d thank herself for taking that call. So according to recent reports, Tulip, who is married to Captain Vinod Nayar is the director of a company that has a net worth of Rs 600 crore. How did that happen, you ask? So Tulip got married to Vinod, while she was still working in the movies. Vinod, who served in the Indian Army from 1989 to 1995 and Tulip were apparently in a live-in relationship for four years and ultimately tied the knot. While he was in Indian Army, Nair was a part of the live operation near the LoC in Jammu Kashmir to the High Risk Mission.
