We also hear that this movie will be helmed by none other than Neeraj Pandey, who directed Akshay in Baby & Special 26. Reports claim that the makers have been inspired by Narendra Modi’s Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan’ and hence the title. It is also said that Neeraj had approached the Bollywood actor with the idea and he liked the concept.

The film is said to have a lot of satire to give a serious message to the audience. Apparently, Akshay was intrigued with the whole script and has given a verbal nod for the project. A formal contract is yet to be signed by the Khiladi of Bollywood. (ALSO READ: Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal team up for Hera Pheri 3?)
