It seems like trendy new food ideas come out almost every day now. Paleo diets, protein diets, all-kale-everything, and juicing are all great fads, however, they are often difficult to keep up with. In the midst of balancing work, school, social commitments, and more, it can be tough to follow the rigid requirements of these recipes.

This is where mason jar breakfasts become a handy trick for those of you who are always on-the-go. These quick and easy overnight meals can jumpstart any healthy lifestyle choice—depending, of course, on what you put in them.
