3 Early Signs of Heart Attack And How to Deal With 'Silent Heart Attack'

Early signs of Heart Attack: The cases of heart attacks are on a rise in India. While many people believe that it is due to the COVID-19 vaccination, there’s no research or facts to prove the same. On Monday, several reports of young people succumbing to a heart attack were shared online. In most of these cases, a person simply collapsed on the floor and died on the spot.

A heart attack comes with its own early signs and symptoms. However, there’s also something called a ‘silent heart attack’ which doesn’t follow the dramatic symptoms of a normal heart attack. It’s a high possibility for the signs of a silent heart attack to be dismissed by the person as regular fatigue or gastritis. Considering the strange health conditions we are living in today, it’s important for us to be aware of the problem we are dealing with. Never ignore even a mild sign of a heart attack.

CHECK THESE 3 MAJOR EARLY SIGNS OF HEART ATTACK:

  1. Fatigue, nausea, and cold sweats:
If you wake up with a nauseated feeling, a heavy heart, vomiting, and sweating, then it’s really time to immediately see a doctor. You should not keep ignoring fatigue. Even after taking your full sleep and not working much, you are feeling fatigued, there’s definitely something wrong with your heart.
  2. Chest pain and fullness or pressure in the heart:
Any kind of heart attack comes with chest pain. It could be mild like how it feels right after lifting a heavy object from your left hand or be really powerful to bear. In any case, any sort of chest pain or that feeling as if someone is putting a lot of pressure on your heart, should not be dismissed. Simply seek medical help, get your tests done, and take the medicines.
  3. Dizziness and breathing difficulty:
If you are not someone struggling with bronchitis or other forms of lung infection, facing difficulty in breathing can lead to a heart attack. It is important you keep a check on if what you are experiencing is anything unusual. Like, you have just climbed a few stairs and you already feel like you have run a marathon – that could be a sign of an unhealthy heart. If this is clubbed with unexplained dizziness where things start getting blurry around you, it’s time to rush to a doctor.

Whatever you do, wherever you are in life, and whatever problems you are facing… nothing matters if your health is compromised. All your successes and wins mean something only when you are there to experience them. Never let your heart take the burden of your failures. Get regular checkups done, and never think ‘I can’t be the one.’ Stay healthy!
