ओडिशा के बेरहमपुर के रहने वाले 84 साल के श्यामबाबू सुबुद्धि. जिन्‍होंने अब तक 32 बार चुनाव लड़ा है और हर बार उन्‍हें हार का सामना करना पड़ा है. इस बार फिर वे चुनाव मैदान में हैं.
