दिल्ली सरकार ने स्‍पष्‍ट कर दिया है कि ऑफलाइन कक्षाओं और परीक्षाओं के लिए 10वीं और 12वीं के छात्रों को अब माता-पिता से कंसेंट लेटर लेने की आवश्‍यकता नहीं होगी.
