Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has invited applications for the recruitment to the posts of Research Associate, Hindi Officers, and Law Officers Posts. The candidates who aspires to join IBPS as Research Associate, Hindi Officer or Law Officer is required to register for the Online examination. The candidates who want to apply for the posts should apply online before November 11, 2016.

The aspirants who will appear and would be  shortlisted in the examination, will subsequently be called for further selection process that includes writing tests/Translation tests (for Hindi Officer)/ Group Discussion/Group Exercises, Interview, etc. Interested candidates are required to apply after carefully reading the advertisement regarding the process of examination, interview and eligibility criteria, online registration processes, and ensure that they fulfill the stipulated criteria and follow the prescribed processes.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Recruitment 2016
Age Limit: Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 30 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 04.11.1986 and not later than 03.11.1995 (both dates inclusive)

Research Associate Post-Graduation in Psychology / Education or Management with specialization in HR with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes. Preferably One year experience in the academic Research/Test Development. Competency in operating computer is must.

Hindi Officer: Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation. or Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as major or elective subject at Graduation. or Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi as a major or elective subject and English as medium of examination at degree level. or Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with English as a major or elective subject and Hindi as medium of examination at degree level. One year experience in Hindi translation of various reports/ Documents/ Letters in a bank/financial institution is desirable. Competency in operating computer is must. Candidate will be required to type/create the translated text documents on his/her own in MS word & Excel in Hindi & English.

Law Officer: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council with minimum 3 years’ experience of practice at Bar and/or Judicial service and/or having experience of working with reputed solicitor firm and/or as a Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of a Scheduled Commercial Bank and/or the Central/State Government and/or of a Public Sector Undertaking and/or organisation conducting examinations. The candidate should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the Court/ Bar council/ organisation at the time of interview.
