Mumbai Magic

Ingredients:

1.5 ounce pisco
5 grams ginger
0.5 ounce Kala Khatta Syrup
A pinch of chat masala
5 grams coriander leaves
15 grams Blueberry frozen
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
A pinch of amchoor Powder

Method:

To make Mumbai Magic, mix ginger, coriander leaves and blueberry. Combine it with all other ingredients and pour into a shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Serve chilled in a glass with a garnishing of lemon slices.

Apricot Pisco Julep

Ingredients:

2 ounces pisco
4 tablespoons apricot puree
1 ounce mint infused simple syrup
Fresh mint for garnish
Apricot slice for garnish

Method:

To make apricot pisco julep, combine pisco with mint infused syrup, apricot puree, a slice of fresh apricot and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and serve chilled or strained with ice cubes. Add fresh mint and an apricot slice on top as garnish.

Pisco Summer High

Ingredients:

2 ounces pisco
2 kaffir lime leaves
1 lemon grass
3/4 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lemon juice
Sprite to top up

Method:

To make Pisco Summer High, all you have to do is mix kaffir lime leaves with lemon grass. Combine it with all other ingredients and pour into a glass. Top with crushed ice and Sprite.
