Milk will protect your youthful glowing skin and slow down signs of ageing, fine lines and wrinkles. Milk also boosts collagen production and reduces acne and promotes skin elasticity. So do not skip the glass of milk, and include it in your beauty regimen to get the most radiant and soft skin. Here’s how you can use milk for skincare.

1. Use milk as moisturizer for dry skin

The richness of milk will help you to get rid of dry and flaky skin by replenishing lost moisture. It will hydrate your skin making it smooth and moisturized. To use milk as moisturizer take a cotton ball and dip it in a little bit amount of milk. Now dab the cotton ball soaked in milk all over your face. Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. You can also combine milk and mashed banana and do the same for better results.
