Earlier this year, we told you about BeerYoga, an interesting fusion of yoga and beer, which is taking the world by storm. This newest and welcome fitness trend was founded by Emily and Jhula, who are certified yoga instructors and love beer. They combined the two things they love, beer and yoga, to create beer yoga. The good news is beer yoga is coming to India and it is called Be-Arogya (Beer + Workout). The beer-focused yoga will be conducted at Rabbit Hole, Hauz Khas, Delhi on July 22. The best part, apart from the beer, is that it will start at 4 pm and not early in the morning. Beer yoga will let you experience something new and fun. It will also benefit your health and improve your flexibility and stability. (ALSO READ Best yoga poses for flat tummy: Practice these 5 yoga asanas to reduce belly fat). Beer yoga has been a rage all over the world. BierYoga, which is based in Berlin, Germany, conducted beer-focused yoga all across the capital city of Berlin throughout last year. They also launched it in Australia and conducted beer yoga classed in Melbourne and Sydney. During these classes, the participants practice yoga poses while drinking or holding beer. Beer Yoga classes were hosted in London by Funzing UK. These classes were conducted inside a pub and they combined the mindfulness of yoga with the joy of drinking. The ale loosens up and relaxes people while they do beer salutation. So, are you ready to try out Beer Yoga?
