One of the things to the more obvious things to do when in Goa is taste the state’s traditional cuisine, the best of which is served by Merciana and Patrick D’souza’s residence-cum-restaurant Bhatti Village that will transport you with its quaint decor, complete with charcoal black liquor casks, and an entire collection of antiques, bottles and other artifacts.
