This is why as kids, we were always asked to eat almonds, to help us study, memorise and score better. But along with almonds, there are many others that are extremely good for the brain. You must make sure you have these daily to sharpen your memory. Did you know that certain foods can improve your brain health can also reduce the risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?
