5 Eggs

1 Onion chopped

1 Tsp green chillies

1 Tsp garlic powder

Mixed herbs

1 Tsp chilli flakes

Coriander leaves


1 Tsp black pepper


1 Cup mashed potatoes

Yolks of all 5 eggs


1. Boil 5 eggs & cut them into halves.

2. In a large mixing bowl assemble the following – onions, green chillies, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, coriander leaves, black pepper, mayonnaise, salt, mashed potatoes and yolks of all 5 eggs.

3. Mix them into a fine mash.

4. Fill the halved egg pieces with the mash.
