Who doesn’t like the taste of caramel coffee? And everyone’s a fan of the sweet and salty combination of salt and caramel flavour. What is all these favourite flavours combined with booze to give you a caffeinated buzz this weekend? Caramel Sky is a the perfect cocktail for people who are alcohol enthusiasts as well as coffee lovers. If you’re a person who doesn’t really like the taste of whisky but likes the buzz that it gives you, then Caramel Sky is going to be your favourite DIY cocktail.
All you need to make this cocktail is some black coffee, cream, caramel syrup, some whisky and some ice cubes. Nothing too fancy. The cocktail takes just minutes to prepare and is ideal for a get together with friends. ALSO READ: 10 DIY cocktails for a boozy romantic date night
Caramel Sky Coffee Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
Black Coffee: 25 ml
Add India.com as a Preferred Source
Single Cream: 25 ml
Caramel Syrup: 15 ml
Whisky: 45 ml
Ice Cubes: for chilling the glass
Apple: for garnishing
Salt: for the rim
Chocolate: for garnishing
Coffee Beans: for garnishing
Martini Glass
Method:
1. Add a couple of ice cubes to the martini glass and keep aside for chilling.
3. Remove the ice cubes from the martini glass and brush the rim with a slice of apple to get a little juice on the rim.
4. Dip the rim of the glass in a plate of salt to completely coat it with the salt.
5. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
6. Garnish with a couple of coffee beans and grated chocolate.
