Summers are here and how! With a heat wave sweeping Maharashtra and temperatures soaring way past comfortable levels, it’s important to stay hydrated, especially if you have to spend a lot of time outdoors. We all love mangoes during the summers. Nothing compares to the refreshing taste of this king of fruits. There are so many ways to enjoy juicy ripe mangoes, and one of the easiest ways is to blend it with yogurt and a couple of other fruits or milk to make smoothies or milkshakes.

It’s the best way to beat the Indian summer heat. Mangoes are rich in nutrients and are a great source of various vitamins, minerals and even anti oxidants. It also contains traces of magnesium, manganese, selenium, calcium, iron, and phosphorus that are crucial for our body. It’s also gives the body an energy boost. Raspberries are rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin C and Manganese. Mango raspberry smoothie is the perfect yummy summer concoction that everyone loves and it’s super easy to make! It just needs four ingredients and a blender. Mango Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen mango
1 teaspoon honey
Garnishing: Granola, Raspberries

Method:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend. Garnish, if desired.
