Ingredients:

Gin – 30 ml

Orange Curacao – 15 ml

Bianco Vermouth – 15 ml

Lime Juice – 15 ml

Absinthe – Dash

Ice

Orange zest for garnish

Method:

Pour Gin, Orange Curacao, Bianco, Lime Juice and Absinthe.

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with an Orange Zest.
