Halloween 2017 Recipe: How to Make Lamb Kebabs For Your Halloween Party at Home

One of them is lip-smacking lamb kebab, this recipe has been shared to us by chef Joe Manavalan, Assistant Vice-President, Innovation and Design, Licious. You can serve it as a starter and it takes just 15 minutes to make. Here is the list of ingredients followed by the method of preparation. Ingredients:

Mutton 1 kilo (minced)
Onion 250 grams (sliced and fried)
Papaya paste 1 tablespoon
Kebab Chini (Java pepper) 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Poppy seeds paste 2 tablespoons
Mint 50 grams
Coriander leaf 50 grams
Salt to taste

Method:

To make the lamb kebabs, first wash and drain the meat and grind to a coarse mince. Keep it aside and then also make a paste of ginger, garlic, poppy seeds, and papaya in a wet grinder.

Now, slice and fry onions and then add all the ingredients to it. Also, add the Kebab Chini, Garam Masala powder, mint, coriander paste to the mince and mix well. Leave this mixture for 2 hours

Divide the mince mixture into equally sized balls and grill over charcoal, or pan fry after cooking well, serve the lamb kebabs hot.
