Do you like pumpkin ravioli? It is a fall favorite savory dish that people love to eat. For this Halloween, we are going to share a perfect Halloween-themed pumpkin ravioli dish recipe with you. Ingredients for dough:
Refined Flour – 1 cup
Charcoal Powder – 10 grams
Luke warm milk – 225 ml
Butter – 10 ml
Salt – as per taste
Ingredients for stuffing:
Roasted Pumpkin – 250 grams
Ricota Cheese – 1 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan – 1 tablespoon
Chopped Oregano – 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg Powder – a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Pepper – as per taste
Making pumpkin ravioli is simple, the first step to get started is to prepare the dough. To make it mix refined flour, charcoal powder, butter, lukewarm milk and salt.
Then using a floured rolling pin, roll out the ravioli dough. Then then fill it with roasted pumpkin, salt, pepper, cheese, oregano, and nutmeg powder. Press the ravioli corners with the fork. Blanch the Ravioli and keep it aside.
Now, Roast the red pepper in oven to remove the skin and seeds. Saute it with butter, add salt and pepper and finish it with little cream. Spoon over ravioli and garnish with clarified butter and walnuts.
