Since her childhood, Shraddha Kapoor had been into sports. She used to play volleyball and basketball and likes adventure sports such as scuba diving and rock climbing. Now, she works out in gym regularly and her sessions include cardio routine, pull ups, push ups, crunches and stretches. She has also started practicing Pilates, which helps in strengthening your body and improving flexibilty. Shraddha Kapoor is blessed with a lean figure and she watches what she is eat. The actress stays away from junk food. Her diet includes food rich in protein, fiber and carbohydrates. Her breakfast consists of omlette made of egg whites, fruits, upma or poha. Lunch includes vegetables, chappatis and dal.
