The 54th Femina Miss India World 2017 pageant started a new format by touring some 30 cities across the country  to find young girls to participate in the beauty pageant. And Manushi Chhillar from Haryana emerged as the winner of the  Femina Miss India World 2017 pageant, which was held at the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on Sunday night, hosted by Karan Johar and Riteish Deshmukh. While Manushi Chhillar was crowned as the winner, Sana Dua from Jammu and Kashmir and Priyanka Kumari from Bihar were the first and second runner-up respectively. Manushi Chhillar who won the title looked gorgeous wearing one of Manish Malhotra’s designs. For the first time the participants were seen wearing traditional Indian designs by Manish Malhotra for the finale.

All the 30 participants who came from different cities were  mentored by Neha Dhupia, Waluscha De Sousa, Dipannita Sharma and Parvathy Omanakuttan for this pageant. The judging panel included Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle, Arjun Rampal, Bipasha Basu, Manish Malhotra, Abhishek Kapoor, Vidyut Jammwal and Ileana D’Cruz.
