Kareena Kapoor Khan is probably one of the few actresses in Bollywood who embraced her motherhood and had no qualms about her body shape or her sense of style during her pregnancy. In fact after Kim Kardashian, Kareena became the new yummy mummy flaunting her uber cool maternity wear. And post delivery Kareena is all set to get back in shape! The actress has always been particular about her diet and workout regime. Her After dietitian Rujuta Diwekar revealed that the actress had put on over 18 kilos during her pregnancy by post delivery she started doing light exercises and has already lost 12 kilos! Kareena’s post pregnancy weight loss plan

Kareena gave birth to her first child with actor Saif Ali Khan in December and she started doing light exercises after 40 days of her delivery. Right now the actress has begun her thorough workout sessions and has also included Pilates in her workout regime. Though Pilates has definite benefits, weight loss is not one of them as the Pilates form of exercise emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility. Kareena is also following dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s diet to help with the weight loss process that she is planning in order to get back into shape before she starts shooting for her movie Veere Di Wedding

In an interview the actress admitted that her aim is not to lose the weight overnight, she wants to feel light and energetic throughout the process of shedding the weight that she had put on during her pregnancy.

During her pregnancy and even after delivering her baby, Kareena didn’t keep away from limelight. She walked the ramp post-pregnancy at the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) 2017 and soon she will also be seen paying a tribute to Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and her husband Saif Ali Khan, with a dance performance at Zee Cine Awards! Way to go Kareena!
